The following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "Member") and 99kopi ("Platform", "We"). By registering, accessing or using any part of the 99kopi platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision below, please stop using this platform immediately.
Important Note: This document is written in Malay as the primary language. Should there be any conflict between the Malay version and the English version, the Malay version will take precedence.
1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 99kopi website, creating an account, making a deposit or using any service provided by this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all provisions in these Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy published by 99kopi.
These Terms take effect from the date you first use the platform and will continue to apply for as long as your account is active or for as long as you use 99kopi services. Acceptance of these Terms is ongoing and is not limited to any single session of use.
2 Member Eligibility
99kopi services are restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- At least 21 years old on the date of registration.
- Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Is not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits online gambling.
- Has not been listed on a self-exclusion programme by any licensed gambling operator.
- Registers using a real identity and accurate information.
Warning: ⚠️ Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. 99kopi reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be terminated immediately and all account balances will be forfeited.
Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual — even using different names or information — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of balances.
3 Account Registration
During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, mobile phone number, active email address and relevant identification details. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being terminated without notice.
You are fully responsible for ensuring that your account password is kept securely and is not shared with any other party. 99kopi will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party where such unauthorised use is a result of your own negligence.
As part of the verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC), 99kopi reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a copy of your identity card (MyKad), bank slip or proof of address at any time. Cooperation in this process is mandatory to maintain an active account.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
The 99kopi platform supports a range of secure and recognised payment methods:
- Touch 'n Go eWallet
- DuitNow
- Online banking (FPX) — including major Malaysian banks
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH
The minimum amount for each deposit is RM10 regardless of the payment method used. The minimum amount for each withdrawal is RM50. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method and current conditions.
All deposit and withdrawal transactions must use a payment method registered in the name of the same member. Transferring funds to a third party or using another person's account is prohibited. 99kopi reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal request suspected of involving money laundering or fraudulent activity until an investigation is complete.
Important: Before the first withdrawal is processed, players may be required to complete the identity verification process. This is a standard security measure to protect the interests of all parties.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
99kopi offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. Each bonus is subject to wagering requirements and a validity period set out separately. Players are responsible for understanding the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.
The 99kopi welcome bonus gives you 150% extra up to RM1,500 on your first deposit. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150 bringing your balance to RM250 — and you must meet a wagering requirement of RM3,750 (RM150 × 25) before that bonus can be withdrawn.
General terms that apply to all bonuses include:
- Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly into cash.
- Each member is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
- Attempts to manipulate the bonus system will result in cancellation of the bonus and action taken against the account.
- 99kopi reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of 99kopi is final.
6 Game Rules
All games available on the 99kopi platform operate using a random number generator (RNG) or are managed by trained live dealers for live casino games. The result of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical fault.
Should a technical disruption occur during a game session, the system will record the game status at that point. 99kopi will take reasonable steps to resolve any technical issues, but is not responsible for losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the player's end.
Players are strictly prohibited from using automation software, bots, scripts or any other method designed to gain an unfair advantage in games. The use of collusion strategies with other players is also completely prohibited in any game format.
7 Player Responsibilities

8 Account Suspension and Closure
99kopi reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.

- Fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal activity.
- Use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Attempts to influence or manipulate game outcomes.
- A written request from a competent authority.

9 Limitation of Liability
